REGAL TEAK WARRANTY. CONSUMER WARRANTY - 5 Year Limited Warranty.
Regal Teak warrants the products to be free of defects in the material and workmanship for the period of 5 years from purchase, to the original owner.
"Defects" as used in this warranty is defined as - imperfections which impair the utility of the product.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of teak furniture. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unreasonable use, intentional damage, unauthorized repairs, damage caused by umbrellas, infestation, fire, negligence, hurricanes, tornados, floods, typhoons, cyclones, wind damage and other acts of God.
This warranty does not cover shipping damage. Shipping Damage must be addressed with the retailer. This warranty applies to conditions of normal use, but does not apply to intentional damage, negligence, or unreasonable use. The terms of this warranty may change
without notice, but will not be changed in a way that eliminates your original
warranty.
COMMERCIAL WARRANTY - 1 Year Limited Warranty.

"Defects" as used in this warranty is defined as - imperfections which impair the utility of the product.
